Tai Hay Farm LLC is a company located in the Lajas Valley dedicated to raising sheep and cattle for meat production. It was established in May 2015 with the goal of producing the highest quality lamb and beef while maintaining an environmental commitment.

This baby calf is slaughtered when it is eight to ten weeks old and weighs 150-250 pounds. Milk-fed calves are those that have been raised entirely on their mother's milk.
