Frequently Asked Questions
Where are our animals raised?
Lambs are born and raised on our farm. Calves are raised on partner farms, but they also undergo rigorous selection to maintain our principles and quality. They can also be raised on our farm, where the moisture-free environment, good nutrition, and excellent care result in top-quality animals. Maintaining animal welfare practices is one of our core values.
What foods do our animals eat?
Our lambs are fed healthy, high-quality pastures. They are also supplemented with grains, vitamins, and minerals to provide them with a balanced diet without the need for antibiotics or hormones.
Raising our lambs?
They are raised on grass feed and finished in the last month in a cage with a concentrate/hay ratio of 60%-40%.
Is lamb nutritious?
Lamb is considered an excellent source of protein and minerals due to its high selenium and iron content, a mineral that helps combat asthma attacks. It also provides vitamin B12, which maintains neural health.

How do I cook lamb?
Lamb is a very versatile and easy-to-prepare meat. It lends itself to barbecues, roasts, stir-fries, stews, and more. It's recommended to serve it rare or medium-rare to maintain its flavor; overcooking is a common mistake that affects its texture and flavor. This cut of lamb has a classic affinity for herbs and spices, requiring only simple seasoning to become an excellent food. Its adaptability allows it to be compatible with any culinary dish, from traditional American to Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Eastern European cuisines. It also fits into lighter, healthier eating styles.
